Administrative Staff

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • providing customer service,
  • scheduling of warranties & service,
  • data entry,
  • business reporting,
  • invoicing,
  • pulling permits,
  • PO procurement,
  • Accounts Payable,
  • Accounts Receivable,
  • payroll services,
  • sub contractor pay,
  • maintaining & keeping records up to date for taxing authorities,
  • insurance & contracts,
  • and many other office related communication & compliance issues.
