Administrative Staff
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- providing customer service,
- scheduling of warranties & service,
- data entry,
- business reporting,
- invoicing,
- pulling permits,
- PO procurement,
- Accounts Payable,
- Accounts Receivable,
- payroll services,
- sub contractor pay,
- maintaining & keeping records up to date for taxing authorities,
- insurance & contracts,
- and many other office related communication & compliance issues.
