Superintendents
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- the development and execution of multiple projects through estimating/bidding,
- red-lining of plans,
- purchase order procurement,
- scheduling,
- maintaining productivity,
- supervising sub contractors and job site,
- insuring job site safety,
- assigning pay,
- distribution of billing,
- and daily interaction with builders in the field.
